The steps to use Paragraph Adjustment Tool

To enable the paragraph adjustment function in Kingsoft Writer, please go to Home > Paragraph group, and click the Show/hide Paragraph Layout icon show and hide paragraph layout. (Please note that in Classic style interface, this icon is just listed in the toolbar.)

To indent first line of a paragraph, select the relevant paragraph, press paragraph adjustment icon, and then place the cursor in the beginning of the first line and drag it to the desired location.

To indent the first line of multiple paragraphs, select the paragraphs and press paragraph adjustment icon, then position the cursor in the head of the last paragraph you've selected, and drag it to the desired location.

To indent left, select the relevant paragraph, and place the cursor to the far left side of the paragraph. Then simply drag the cursor to the desired location.

To indent right, select the relevant paragraph and place the cursor to the far right side of paragraph. Then simply drag the cursor to the desired location.

To adjust the space before a paragraph, select the relevant paragraph and place the cursor above it, then simply drag the cursor to the desired location.

To adjust the space after a paragraph, position the cursor after the paragraph, and drag it to your desired location.
