Files created with Microsoft Excel with extensions of .xls and .xlsx are supported by Kingsoft Spreadsheets. You only need to open them in Kingsoft Spreadsheets, and select Export to PDF under File menu, and then convert your Excel to PDF.
Steps to Converting Excel .xls, .xlsx formats to PDF
1. Open Excel workbook in .xls or .xlsx
format with Kingsoft Spreadsheets.
2. Click Spreadsheets icon and select Export to PDF option in the dop-down menu.

3. Select a directory to save the PDF file and click OK.
The PDF file is fully compatible with Adobe Acrobat.
Compared with OpenOffice and Microsoft Office for Converting Excel to PDF
There are little differences compared with OpenOffice and Microsoft Office when you convert Excel to PDF.
For Microsoft Office, you first need to click ‘Save as’, and then all the export formats will appear. You then need to choose ‘PDF format’, and choose the position where you want to save.
For OpenOffice, you should first click the ‘Export PDF’ button on the ‘File’ menu, and then choose the related parameters for your PDF file.
