Differences between Kingsoft Office and MS Office - for PPT slide software

Outline view

For Kingsoft Presentation: You cannot copy all content in the outline view to paste into one slide, you only separately copy and paste one slide.

For Microsoft PowerPoint: You can copy all content in the outline view to paste into one slide

File encryption

For Kingsoft Presentation:
1. Click the File menu, and directly choose file encryption
2. Click the “Tools - Options – security” to set encryption

For Microsoft PowerPoint:
You need click the “Tools - Options – security” to set encryption

Batch Insert Picture

For Kingsoft Presentation: It supports batch insert picture, after batch inserting, the pictures are all stacked together.

Insert Table

For Kingsoft Presentation: You can directly draw a table, and it supports table style function, you can easily add color to the table.

For Microsoft PowerPoint: Click the “Insert – Form” to draw a table, the table style is relevant monotonous, you need to manually set the border shading of the table.

Sound package

For Kingsoft Presentation: The sound files cannot be embedded in the document, you should separately send the sound files.

For Microsoft PowerPoint: You can package with all of the sound files into PPT file. First click “Tools - Options – General”, change the link sound files from 100KB to 50000KB (max).
